Mr Casher Affiliate Program – Terms of Use

Welcome to the Mr Casher Affiliate Program! By joining our affiliate program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Mr Casher as an Affiliate.

1. Eligibility & Registration

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Payoneer account for payments.
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to Mr Casher by your own website or personal referrals.
Registration is subject to approval by Mr Casher. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion without legal recourse.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

By joining, you agree to:

Promote Mr Casher ethically and honestly.
Use only approved affiliate links and promotional materials.
Comply with all local and international laws regarding affiliate marketing.

Prohibited Activities:

Spamming, misleading advertising, or false claims.
Using unauthorized coupons or offers not listed on Mr Casher.
Engaging in fraudulent activities such as self-referrals or fake transactions.
Offering rebates, coupons, or other incentives as an affiliate commission kickback.
Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
Bidding on Mr Casher trademarks in paid ads (e.g., Google Ads).

Violating these terms may result in account suspension and forfeiture of commissions.

3. Commission & Payments

Affiliates earn 30% commission on the revenue Mr Casher receives from retailers and stores.
- Example: If a retailer pays Mr Casher $100 in commission for a referred sale, the affiliate will earn $30 (30% of Mr Casher’s earnings).
- This commission is not based on the product price but on the amount Mr Casher receives from retailers.
Payments are processed once a month via Payoneer, provided the referred account remains active for a minimum of 31 days and the minimum payout threshold is met.
Payments will only be sent for successfully completed transactions. Transactions resulting in chargebacks, cancellations, or refunds will not be eligible for commissions.

4. Marketing Guidelines

Permitted Marketing Methods:

Blog posts, social media, and email marketing (without spamming).
Mr Casher’s official banners and promotional materials.
SEO and content marketing strategies without misleading claims.

Restricted Marketing Practices:

No PPC bidding on Mr Casher brand name or trademarks.
No impersonation of Mr Casher or creation of fake websites/pages.
No pop-ups, pop-unders, or hidden actions that set affiliate cookies without clear user intent.
No “Click for Coupon” or similar deceptive links when no coupon exists.

5. Termination & Modifications

Your affiliate application and status may be suspended or terminated for violations including but not limited to:

Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship under FTC guidelines.
Violation of intellectual property rights.
Suspected fraudulent transactions.
Any other reason deemed necessary by Mr Casher at its sole discretion.

Mr Casher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

Mr Casher is not responsible for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, database losses, or any other unintended issues.
We make no guarantees regarding specific earnings and participation is at your own risk.
We do not warrant that our website or affiliate program will be error-free and are not liable for any interruptions or errors.

7. Indemnification

Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless Mr Casher, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensees from any liabilities, claims, losses, or expenses arising due to negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct by the Affiliate.

8. Electronic Signatures Effective

This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the Mr Casher Affiliate Program. You indicate your acceptance of this Agreement by completing the Mr Casher application process. This action creates an electronic signature with the same legal force as a handwritten signature.
